GENERAL INFORMATION
Le Amalfitane ships worldwide, bringing the magic of the Amalfi Coast everywhere.
Shipping is free, and we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
For orders shipped within the European Union, no invoice with the merchandise value will be included.
For non-EU orders, as required by customs regulations, an invoice stating the merchandise value will be attached.
Any customs duties and taxes for shipments outside the EU are not covered by Le Amalfitane and will be calculated upon import, in accordance with local regulations.

Jewelry
Our jewelry is entirely handmade, making each piece unique. Production times may vary up to 4 weeks.
We guarantee delivery within:
- Europe & United States: 4 days – maximum 4 weeks
- Rest of the world: 7 days – maximum 4 weeks

ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please email info@leamalfitane.com specifying your order number.
If your order has already been shipped, you can make use of our return service. For more details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
MISSING SHIPPING INFORMATION
Ensure that you provide a correct address and all necessary details for delivery. If incorrect details are provided, or if the package is undelivered due to reasons beyond our control, the shipment may be returned to Italy at the customer’s expense.
NON-EU IMPORTS
Some countries may require additional documentation for customs clearance (e.g., an importer identification number for shipments to the United States). We recommend checking local regulations before placing an order.
Returns
POLICY APPLICABILITY
This policy applies exclusively to purchases made online at Le Amalfitane; returns and refunds do not apply to purchases made at physical retail locations.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, purchased items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date for a size/color exchange or a refund.
RETURN PROCEDURE & REQUIREMENTS
To initiate a return, email info@leamalfitane.com, specifying your order number and the items to be returned.
Once your request is approved, Le Amalfitane will send a confirmation email with a return shipping label and instructions.
The return shipping is FREE (excluding taxes and fees) when using the courier provided by Le Amalfitane.
If the return is sent via another courier, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days from the delivery date.
Returned items must be:
In their original condition, with all tags still attached, including security labels and authenticity cards.
In their original packaging.
Complete with all accessories and parts.
Accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Shipped from an eligible country.
Incomplete, damaged, worn, or altered items will not be accepted. If the security label is removed, the return will not be accepted.
RETURN OPTIONS
- Size/Color Exchange: Available only if the requested size or color is in stock. The new item can be returned under the same policy.
- Refund: If requested, a refund for the returned items will be issued, excluding any applicable taxes or fees.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must not be worn, washed, or altered and must not show signs of use.
Shoe soles must be intact and free from any marks.
Items must be returned with all original tags and labels, along with the packaging and accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers, etc.).
Jewelry and accessories must be returned in their original undamaged boxes. The original box must not be used as an external shipping package.
Home items must be returned in perfect condition, without damages, scratches, or dents.

Le Amalfitane reserves the right to request photographic evidence of defective or incorrect items before authorizing a full refund of shipping and import costs.
